Who is covered in the directory?​​
-Our National Builders Directory and Directory of Multifamily Builders & Developers cover C-level personnel and other top decision makers in the nation’s largest national and regional homebuilding a multifamily development companies. How Often is The Information in The National Builders Directory Updated?
-We update our directories on an ongoing basis throughout the year . Our researchers are continually calling and culling information with the goal of providing the most up-to-date information at any given time. We cycle through each directory at least twice each year (every six months).

-In What Format is the Directory Delivered?

-Your subscription to our directories include both a hard-copy bound directory along with 12-months access to the online directory/database where you can search, sort and download contacts as needed. The bound directory is organized by builder in alphabetical order. Each company is organized with a listing for the corporate office and all top personnel, followed by listings for each regional and division office with all top personnel. The online database provides all of the contacts from the directory in electronic format. Contacts are downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet in CSV format into multiple files broken down by position along with a master CONTACTS file with all contacts and directory data.

Do You Offer Regional Directories or Can I Purchase Information on Just One or Two States?
-We do not offer regional directories as part of our subscription service, however, you can purchase regional data and contacts through our online directory service. Non-subscribers can conduct a search and then purchase the data as a one-time download. Our online database makes it easy for subscribers to easily regionalize searches and data downloads throughout the length of their subscription. We have deliberately priced our directories to make it affordable for all types and sizes of companies who want to do business with the leading homebuilders in the country. One good lead or one sale usually will cover the cost of the directory subscription many times over.   

How is the National Builders Directory different from the information I get from my local building industry association?
-The National Builders Directory is a COMPREHENSIVE directory for the top 300 homebuilders in the country with all of their offices and key decision makers in each office. If a builder has an office in your state or a nearby state, our directory will give you this information. And in each office we will provide you the names of the Presidents, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, Purchasing Managers, Land Managers, Finance Managers, HR Managers, etc. By contrast, the information in a membership directory of the local homebuilders association will depend on who chooses to join and the name they decide to put on the membership. If a builder does not join your local association, they will not be in your membership directory. Furthermore, the name on the membership of the local association may not be the person you need to contact to do business with. Similarly, the Directory of Multifamily Builders & Developers is a COMPREHENSIVE compilation of the key decision makers (organization wide) for these companies

What Restrictions Do You Place on Use of The Information?
-Once you purchase one of our directories, the information is yours to keep and use how you see fit. We do not put restrictions on use or the number of downloads or marketing efforts that can be conducted like many companies that sell lists often do. In regard to using the information for marketing purposes such as mail or email, we recommend that all subscribers check federal, state and local laws for permitted use and that they follow these guidelines and rules when conducting these types of efforts.  

Can I Make Copies of the Directory or Parts of the Directory?
-The National Builders Directory is subject to copyright protection. Subscribers are not permitted to make photocopies of directory or to share their user ID and login information for their online subscription. Your subscription includes a single-user license for the online service.  If you find you need additional copies of the directory or need additional online users, we offer special pricing and volume discounts to accommodate these needs.
